Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your developmental toys are on their way!

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to bring our quality toys to your doorstep:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes full tracking

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please allow extra time for customs clearance.

Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every climbing frame, creative activity set, and preschool learning tool in our collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our parent-friendly returns process works:

Returns Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene for all our little customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Finger Puppets & Hand Puppets (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Musical Toys with mouthpieces
  • Any items that show signs of use or missing original packaging

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping address for returns (our Charlotte facility)
  • Special instructions if needed

Important: Include the RMA number on your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 1-2 billing cycles for bank processing.
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method (or upgraded upon request with additional payment).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (like wrong model animal or preschool toy), we’ll cover return shipping. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
