Returns & Exchanges Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene for all our little customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Finger Puppets & Hand Puppets (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Musical Toys with mouthpieces
  • Any items that show signs of use or missing original packaging

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping address for returns (our Charlotte facility)
  • Special instructions if needed

Important: Include the RMA number on your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 1-2 billing cycles for bank processing.
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method (or upgraded upon request with additional payment).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (like wrong model animal or preschool toy), we’ll cover return shipping. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Allow extra time for international shipping processing
